Bay Tree Cottage and Goulceby Post B&B are situated within the village of Goulceby, in a quiet secluded valley in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds, designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Viking Way, a long distance footpath between the Humber Bridge in North Lincolnshire and Oakham in Rutland totalling a distance of 147 miles, passes directly in front of the cottage.
