1. On confirmation of your booking a deposit of £80.00 is required. The balance should be remitted 4 weeks prior to your stay. Non payment of either the deposit or the final balance will be treated as a cancellation of your booking. Any deposits paid will only be refunded if the cottage is successfully re-let. Please make all cheques payable to Goulceby Post Holidays.

2. All prices are inclusive of bed linen and towels and heating & lighting.

3. Short breaks must be paid for in full at time of booking.

4. The cottage will be available to you from 3.00pm on the start day of your holiday and should be vacated by 10.00am on your day of departure.

5. Visitors must leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition, all breakages must be reported immediately, costs of breakages must be paid for.

6. The owners reserve the right to seek compensation for any damages discovered after guests have departed.

7. Cancellations must be received in writing and the balance will be due unless we are able to re-let the cottage.

8. Visitors must refrain from smoking in the cottage at all times.

9. Pets are not allowed. The exception being a guide dog, but only by prior arrangement.
